Hacienda Beach House sits on an oceanfront bluff with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and easy beach access. It's located in Oregon’s Banana Belt, a unique costal area that has more sunny days than any other beach on the Oregon or Washington.
The Hacienda features an open floor plan with views of the ocean from almost every area of the house. The cathedral ceilings add to the drama and beauty of the Spanish style décor.

The gourmet kitchen is stocked with every gadget you will need to make a wonderful meal for your family or friends, and features a large island with a granite top. When dinner is ready, you can gather around the large dining table and enjoy dinner while watching the sunset over the Pacific Ocean. It’s easy to entertain at the Hacienda because the open floor plan allows easy movement between the living, dining, and kitchen areas.

Upstairs you will discover the beautiful master suite. Our suite features a queen sized bed , romantic fireplace, ocean view balcony, and wonderful, extra large pottery barn chair, great for napping or reading. Leave the deck door open and night and the sounds of the waves crashing with lull you to sleep. The unique bathroom features a beautiful glass block shower and window.

There is a second bedroom, with a queen size bed, located on the ground floor; perfect for our guests who no longer care to climb the stairs. or for those guests with teens, who need there own space. This property has 2 Queen(s), 1 Pull Out Sofa(s).

Daily Rate: $175 - $275 per night
Weekly Rate: $1100 - $1700 per week

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, less any fees for processing credit card transactions.

Reservations cancelled 16-30 days before your scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of 50% deposit unless the house can be re-rented for the entire cancelled period. If the house can be re-rented, guests will only be charged for processing credit card transactions.

Reservations cancelled less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date will be charged the full rental fee unless the home can be rented to other clients. If the house can be re-rented, guests will only be charged for processing credit card transactions.

No refunds will be made for late check-in or early departures unless agreed to in advance.
Deposit Policy

A credit card reservation deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Any balance remaining is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.

You may pay the remaining balance, if any, by check or credit card. Unless we receive a check for the balance due, we will charge any remaining balance to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival date. Please note that a 4% credit card fee will be added to your invoice if paying the balance due by credit card.

We do not collect a security or damage deposit, however we do require a valid credit on file, and like hotels, we reserve the right to charge your credit card account for damage, theft, or any special cleaning required after your stay.
